It has a prune / raisin type smell to it. I shake it up and then take 1 tablespoon per the directions of my age on it. So far everything is well. I deal with a lot of anxiety and have been on anti-anxiety meds for years. When looking for a natural solution I came across the effectiveness of Adaptogens. Since I've used Saba products in the past and have always been impressed by their results I thought I'd give PrimeOne a shot. Sure enough, after a couple of weeks of use, I am noticing a significant improvement in my anxiety and feel a lot more relaxed. Saba says you can mix it with other liquids, but one teaspoon is a lot easier to take directly. It's not fantastic tasting, but certainly didn't make me gag or anything when consuming it directly. I wish they had a subscription option on Amazon because I can see myself taking this long-term and am ready to reorder it. Excellent product, if you struggle with anxiety as I do I highly recommend it!
